Working with his grandfather (pronounced Nonno in Sicilian) in his winery at the age of 2, Sal Giaimo learned all aspects of the business and how to produce traditional wine without the use of sulfates or other additives. Making wine is a Sicilian tradition that has gone on for hundreds of years. Every family has their own style of making their own. Ours is a Natural Method with no additives or chemicals. It's just good old fashioned natural wine. Enjoy!
